Description

Santo Stefano BIO. This is an organic wine from a vineyard left completely untouched to protect the environment. For us, the vineyard is a unique and self-sufficient organism, which means that every element, from crops to animals, from soil to surroundings, is seen as part of an interconnected whole.

Soft pressing of the must, cryomaceration, fermentation in autoclave for 7 days at controlled temperature and subsequent frothing. Following this, the fermentation is blocked by chilling, microfiltration and bottling.

Taste - Sweet, aromatic with good structure

Food pairings - It goes well with all kinds of desserts, especially dry pastries, tarts or almond cakes. To stay on the theme of Piedmontese tradition, a tasty alternative to bring to the table for the holidays is the pairing of Moscato with one of the region's most typical desserts: bonet.

No one forbids pairing this wine with savory dishes such as fresh cheeses, cured meats and delicate sausages. We recommend that you also try it with oysters, you will not regret it!
