Santo Stefano BIO. È un vino biologico proveniente da un vigneto lasciato completamente incontaminato per tutelare l’ambiente.
Soft pressing of the must, cryomaceration, fermentation in autoclave for 7 days at controlled temperature and subsequent frothing. Following this, the fermentation is blocked by chilling, microfiltration and bottling.
Taste - Sweet, aromatic with good structure
Abbinamenti – Con tutti i tipi di dessert, soprattutto con i dolci di pasta secca e crostate. Per rimanere in tema di tradizione piemontese una gustosa alternativa da portare in tavola è l’abbinamento del Moscato con uno dei dolci tipici della regione: il bonet.
Nessuno vieta di abbinare questo vino a pietanze salate come formaggi freschi, salumi ed insaccati delicati.
