Description

Santo Stefano organic wine comes from a vineyard left completely untouched to protect the environment. Straw yellow in color with a fine, brilliant perlage, with primary hints of honey and flowers, olfactory perception of bread crust and yeast. Sweet and full sensation on the palate, and a restrained acidity that makes it not overly cloying.

Taste - Sweet, aromatic with good structure

Food pairings - Desserts in general, especially dry pasta. Good as an aperitif and excellent as a drink
