Description

Dolcetto. Its original dialect name, "duset," a reminder of the wind-sheltered soils in which this vine was preferred to be grown, has been transposed into Italian, favoring sound over meaning. The smell is distinguished by a peculiar fruity and almond scent, while in the mouth it gives sensations of soft tannins and stands out for its harmonious and concentrated taste.

Taste - Harmonious, concentrated, with ripe fruit flavors and a slight vein of soft tannins

Pairings - A wine for the whole meal, to be drunk on any occasion. Prefers pairings with appetizers, first courses and meats cooked simply
