Albarosa

Piedmont D.O.C. Moscato Passito

This wine comes from the patient work of Rosalba, from whom "Albarosa" takes its name, who selects the best bunches of grapes and then lets them dry on the rows sheltered from the rain.

Description

Albarosa connotes itself by nature as a meditation wine, golden yellow in color, very deep and tending to amber. It is distinguished by the frank aroma of Moscato "cooked" by the sun and hints of sage, rosemary and vanilla. The aging of the grapes and the alcohol content give it a sweet and complex taste that surprises with a very persistent aromatic delicacy.

Taste - Sweet, warm, complex with good structure

Pairings - A noble dessert wine, excellent with fermented cheeses (gorgonzola) or to be consumed in meditation
