Parej. La vinificazione è quella classica della vinificazione in bianco a cui segue un affinamento in vasca d’acciaio di 3 mesi.
A wine in no uncertain terms, a wine that comes across as "Parej," which in Piedmontese dialect means "as it is."
Taste - Dry, persistent, balanced
Abbinamenti – Accompagna molto bene l’aperitivo ma anche il dessert a fine pasto. Si abbina con carni bianche e con i crostacei.
